When applying for membership, you should provide correct and detailed personal information. If you have already filled in the X School membership information, please update the changed personal information at any time. If the personal information you fill in is false or not updated, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the service at any time.
You agree and understand that you are responsible for keeping the passwords associated with any account you use to obtain services confidential, and X School cannot assume the risk or loss of your failure to ensure the security of your passwords.

X School reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and under any circumstances.
You must be aware that the content of your information (except credit card information) may be transmitted to other networks without encryption or changed to meet technical requirements. But credit card information is always passed encrypted.
X School is obligated to remove any account that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or that violates any party's intellectual property and terms of service.
You may not copy, sell, or resell any part of the services provided by X School unless permitted in writing.
When you upload pictures and text descriptions to X School, you agree that anyone can view these materials, and you agree to X School to view, display and store these materials.

When X School relocates, replaces, upgrades, maintains or repairs related software and hardware equipment, it may suspend or interrupt all or part of this service, and notify it through website announcement; for the period of suspension of this service due to maintenance or any force majeure X School shall not be liable for damages caused by lost benefits or damages (including direct or indirect damages).
Purchase Course Instructions
Please follow the procedures on the website. If the order fails due to improper operation, the buyer shall bear the responsibility.
Please make sure to check that what you ordered is correct before making payment.
Any transaction information is subject to the electronic transaction information recorded by X School. If you find that the transaction information is incorrect, you should notify us immediately.

contract validity
These Terms constitute a contract between you and X School regarding the use of the Services and the purchase of courses.
If the whole or part of any agreement of these terms is ruled invalid by any court with jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of other agreements, and the rest of these terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue to use X School and immediately stop all activities related to the use of X School.
